We're on the hunt for a Bar Manager / Supervisor at our West Fargo location. If you're not already familiar with JL Beers, here's the short version: we serve award-winning burgers, chicken sandwiches, hand-cut fries and chips, and the best craft beer selection around. What You'll Do

• Deliver legendary guest service.
• Learn and master our food and beverage menus.
• Properly pour beer and confidently guide guests through styles, flavor profiles, and ABV.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Operate our point-of-sale system with confidence.
• Help oversee food quality, beverage service and overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Be able to open and close the bar.
• Keep standards high while keeping the vibe fun.

What We're Looking For

• A leader who enjoys working with people. Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food & beverage industry is a plus!
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who takes pride in hospitality and teamwork.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
